In accordance with section 431 of the Civil Aviation Act 2023 and Civil Aviation Rule 99.19, notice is hereby given that the Director of Civil Aviation signed the following Civil Aviation Transport Instrument on 13 August 2024 which will come into force on 5 April 2025:

CATI: 99.19 – Civil Aviation (DAMP: reporting to Director) Transport Instrument

This transport instrument is secondary legislation for the purposes of Legislation Act 2019.

The administering agency responsible for administering this transport instrument is the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand.

This Transport Instrument is available for inspection at the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand, Level 15, Asteron Centre, 55 Featherston Street, Wellington 6011. It may be downloaded from the CAA website www.aviation.govt.nz.
