Secondary Legislation

A change in the Legislation Act 2019 means notices previously categorised as Delegated Legislation (DL) are now Secondary Legislation (SL). The Secondary Legislation category also includes tertiary legislation, legislative instruments and disallowable instruments. You can still find published notices categorised as Delegated Legislation before 28 October 2021 in the Advanced Search.

The Gazette website contains all notices published since 2000.

Notices published from October 1993 to 1999 are no longer available on this website.

You can search for notices published before 2000 by contacting the Gazette Office, the National Library or your local library.

Queries are restricted to one per day. Anonymous RSS access is not permitted.

Set up an RSS feed

To create an RSS feed, use the Search functionality of the website, for example by notice type.

You will need a feed reader tool which collects and presents the information in a readable format. 

More information on setting up a feed will come with your API key.
