Notice Under Section 73 of the Legislation Act 2019

Pursuant to section 562 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, the Financial Markets Authority on 13 August 2024 made a notice revoking the Financial Markets Conduct (Tonga Development Bank Ave Pa’anga Pau Vouchers) Designation Notice 2016, effective on 16 August 2024.
