In accordance with section 52 of the Civil Aviation Act 2023, notice is hereby given that the Minister of Transport signed the following Civil Aviation Rules on 20 July 2024 which will come into force on 5 April 2025:

Part 99 – Drug and Alcohol Management Plans, Initial Issue (CAA Docket 24/CAR/02)

This rule is secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019.

The administering agency responsible for administering the rules is the Ministry of Transport.

This rule is available for inspection at the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand, Level 15, Asteron Centre, 55 Featherston Street, Wellington 6011. It may be downloaded from the CAA website www.aviation.govt.nz or purchased from Vertia at (04) 5700 355.
