I, Hon David Seymour, Associate Minister of Finance, approved the dispute resolution scheme operated by Fairway Resolution Limited for resolution of disputes about Toka Tū Ake – Natural Hazards Commission (known as Natural Hazards Commission – Toka Tū Ake) decisions on the validity or settlement of claims, under section 102 of the Natural Hazards Insurance Act 2023, on 5 May 2024 and approved a minor amendment to that scheme on 30 May 2024.

The administering agency for this secondary legislation is the Natural Hazards Commission – Toka Tū Ake.
