Notice of Partnership Change

In the matter of the Partnership Law Act 2019, and in the matter of David Christopher Stafford Morris, Andrew Cunningham Cook and Helen Rebecca Morgan (trading as Cook Morris Quinn).

Take notice that, in accordance with section 33 of the Partnership Law Act 2019, this notice is to advise of a change in the composition of the partnership, with Chris Morris leaving Cook Morris Quinn as a partner on 31 January 2024.

Take further notice that Andrew Cunningham Cook and Helen Rebecca Morgan will continue to trade as Cook Morris Quinn and/or CMQ from 1 February 2024.
