Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register by Transfer of Incorporation

VANDAR HOLDINGS LIMITED hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), that it intends to apply, under section 351 of the Act, to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in Ecuador.

The company will apply to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the New Zealand Register not less than 20 working days following the date of publication of this notice.
