Notice is given under section 161(1) of the Land Transfer Act 2017 of the following application for a record of title based on adverse possession made under section 155 of the Act.

Application 12631576.1 by Moana Orchards Limited c/-Fletcher Vautier Moore, 265A Queen Street, PO Box 3029, Richmond 7050, land at 57 Moana Road, RD2, Upper Moutere 7175, being 0.1402 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1 on Land Transfer Plan 533635 in the Nelson Land Registration District being part of section 105a Block VII Motueka Survey District in Record of Title NL37/255 owned by Albert Isaac Manoy. The applicant claims to have been in continuous and undisputed possession of the land for 41 years.

A person claiming an estate or interest in the land described may lodge a caveat under section 162 of the Act to prevent the application from being granted before 11 November 2024. If no caveats are lodged, the record of title will be issued and existing estates and interests extinguished.
