Notice is given under section 161(1) of the Land Transfer Act 2017 of the following application for a record of title based on adverse possession made under section 155 of the Act.

Application 11880920.2 by Ronald Gregory David Mayor and Eva Christine Mayor c/- Hoffmann Law, 1/19 Edwin Street, Mt Eden, Auckland 1024, PO Box 1512, Shortland Street, Auckland 1140 for land at Waverly Road, Karangahake Gorge, Paeroa (adjoining 45 River Road) being 0.1246 hectares more or less and being Lot 2 Deposited Plan 511387 in Record of Title SA42/151 in the South Auckland Land Registration District owned by Daniel Birrell McDonald and John Cordingly Colbeck. The applicants claim continuous and undisputed possession of the land for over 32 years.

A person claiming an estate or interest in the land described may lodge a caveat under section 162 of the Act to prevent the application from being granted before 18 October 2024. If no caveats are lodged, the record of title will be issued and existing estates and interests extinguished.
