Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Operations Manager, Mahaanui, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservation as a local purpose (public utility) reserve over the land described in the Schedule, and declares the land be held as Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
