Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand declares that the word “sewer” in heading of the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 May 2024 Notice No. 2024-ln2516 is hereby replaced by the words “recreation reserve”.
