Appointment of Board to Control and Manage Scenic Reserves
Pursuant to section 30 of the Reserves Act 1977, I Tama Potaka, Minister of Conservation hereby appoint the Lake Ōkataina Scenic Reserve Board to control and manage the reserves described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, as scenic reserves for a term of five (5) years from the date of this notice expiring on 31 March 2027.
Due to changes in land legal descriptions, this notice substitutes for the prior schedule in appointment notice of New Zealand Gazette, 2 April 2009, No 46, page 1096.
