Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Rebekah McCrae, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 20 and an agreement to the effect having been entered into, declares, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown; and
2. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the Crown; and
3. Pursuant to section 20 and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be acquired for use in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown; and
4. Pursuant to section 20, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown,

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
