Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Christchurch City Council, acting under delegation from the Minister of Conservation, pursuant to a resolution dated 10 June 2024, hereby changes the classification of the parts of the Recreation Reserve described in the schedule hereto to Local Purpose (Community Buildings) Reserve.
