Pursuant to section 119 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Cade Couch, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land in the Schedule to this notice is taken as severance, subject to a sewage drainage easement in gross created by Transfer 504109.2, a water drainage easement in gross granted by Transfer 715932A.1 and subject to Certificate A392700.1 and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
