Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Omarama School (3789) Board, (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 November 2022, Notice No. 2022-go5112), and the amendment notice (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 November 2023, Notice No. 2023-go5517).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
