Pursuant to section 11(1) of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has amended the appointments to the Commerce Commission of:

Joseph Enoch James Liava’a

as an Associate Member, to add that this appointment is also in respect of matters arising under the Fuel Industry Act 2020, commencing on 13 August 2024 and ending on 7 June 2025, and of:

Nathan Gary Kendel Strong

as an Associate Member, to add that this appointment is also in respect of matters arising under the Retail Payment System Act 2022, commencing on 13 August 2024 and ending on 27 August 2027.

This notice shall be read together with Reappointment of Associate Member to the Commerce Commission (New Zealand Gazette, 12 June 2023, Notice No. 2022-go1780) and Appointment of Associate Member to the Commerce Commission (New Zealand Gazette, 1 July 2022, Notice No. 2022-go2627).
