Pursuant to regulation 32(1)(da), of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 24 January 2024, which was granted under those regulations to Auckland Kindergarten Association, in respect of Titirangi Kindergarten (5110) situated at 509 South Titirangi Road, Titirangi, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
