Pursuant to section 100ZA(2) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, the Minister for Biosecurity gives notice that he is satisfied that Egg Producers Federation of New Zealand Incorporated meets the criteria in section 100ZA(3), (4), (6), (7) and (9), and represents the commercial layer hen sector for the purposes of Part 5A of the Biosecurity Act 1993.
