Pursuant to section 170(5) of the Education and Training Act 2020 and acting with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I declare invalid the 17 July 2024 election for the parent representatives for the Kakatahi School (2375) Board and require a new election for the parent and staff representative to be held on Wednesday, 9 October 2024.

This notice takes effect the date of publication.
