Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Matthew Tolan, Senior Solicitor, give notice that on or about 4 May 2024 and 24 June 2024, the Honourable Nicola Willis, Minister of Finance, and the Honourable Simeon Brown, Minister of Transport, gave approvals, under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 162 of that Act, for the NZ Transport Agency to borrow from The Treasury and to amend the terms of borrowing from the Treasury under a master facility agreement.
