Pursuant to regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 20 September 2023, which was granted under those regulations to Jamon Limited, in respect of A Kiwiana Childhood Nuhaka (48154) situated at 14 Ihaka St, Nuhaka.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
