Pursuant to regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008 and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 7 June 2023, which was granted under those regulations to JFIT Burrage Limited, in respect of Dream Education Programme (6) (45761) situated at Level 4, 81 Grafton Rd, Grafton, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
