Pursuant to regulation 32(1)(da), of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 20 January 2014, which was granted under those regulations to CTA Enterprise Ltd, in respect of Talented Tots Childcare & Learning Centre (10250) situated at 5 Kamara Road, Glen Eden, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
