Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Murupara Area School (658) Board (“Board”), as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 April 2023, Notice No. 2023-go1594.

This notice takes effect on the date of its publication.
