The following Directions to the Earthquake Commission under the Earthquake Commission Act 1993 are revoked with effect from 1 July 2024:

1. the Direction dated 30 October 2001, as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 November 2001, No. 155, page 3830 (relating to, among other things, the Statement of Investment Policies, Standards, and Procedures); and
2. the Direction dated 27 July 2015, as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 August 2015, Issue No. 2, Notice No. 2015-go4515 (relating to Natural Disaster Fund investment policies).
