Pursuant to regulation 32(1)(d)(iii) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 September 2017, which was granted under those regulations to Te Kōhanga Reo National Trust, in respect of Te Kōhanga Reo o te Wānanga Whare Tāpere o Tākitimu (55179) situated at 706 Albert Street, Mayfair, Hastings.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
