On 4 April 2024, The Sovereign in Right of New Zealand, acting by and through the Chief Executive of the Department of Corrections, and First Security Guard Services Limited entered into a security contract under section 166(1) of the Corrections Act 2004 (“Act”). First Security Guard Services Limited is the security contractor for the purposes of the Act.
