Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Glenn Tootill, Senior Solicitor, hereby give notice that on 1 May 2024 Julia Hardacre, General Manager, System Delivery, Te Pae Aronui, Ministry of Education, and Vicki Plater, Director, Growth and Public Services, The Treasury, gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 161 of that Act, for William Colenso College Board, to:

• acquire shares in Outdoor Education New Zealand Ltd up to an aggregate maximum value of $1 each.
