Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that we intend to remove CHOICE PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) from the register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act on the grounds that the duties of the liquidators have been completed and the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act have been sent to the Registrar.

Any objection to the removal under section 321 must be lodged with the Registrar together with grounds for such objection no later than 12 September 2024.
