This document notifies you that:

1. On 25 July 2024, an application for putting MONSAN ENTERPRISES AND INVESTMENTS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland/Tāmaki Makaurau. Its reference number is CIV-2024-404-1791. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland/Tāmaki Makaurau on 20 September 2024 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
