In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Kane Patena, give notice that I have exempted Pharmalink Extracts Limited from compliance with regulations 15.64, 15.69(2) and 15.69(3) of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

This exemption takes effect on 2 August 2024 and expires on 2 August 2029 unless it is replaced sooner or revoked.
