In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Kane Patena, give notice that I have exempted Antarctica New Zealand from compliance with regulations 2.5, 2.6(4), 2.10, 8.1(1), 10.3, 10.26(2), and 10.30 of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

This exemption takes effect on 26 July 2024 and expires on 26 July 2029 unless it is replaced sooner or revoked.
