Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as receiver and manager of the above company by Grant John Vincent and 122 Trustee Limited, as trustees of the Grant Vincent Family Trust, on 9 August 2024 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 18 July 2024 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the debtor and all of the debtor’s present and future interests and rights in any land and any other property or asset, other than any personal property to which the Personal Property Securities Act 1999 applies.
