Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company and individuals by Seascape (2010) Limited on 7 August 2024 under the powers contained in a funding agreement dated 6 July 2023 and 27 October 2023 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company and individuals.
