Public Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager of Company Property

Pursuant to Section 8(1A) of the Receiverships Act 1993

I, Thomas Lee Rodewald, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Rodewald Consulting Limited, Level 1, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110, hereby give notice that at 12.15pm on 5 August 2024, Bank of New Zealand appointed me as receiver and manager in respect of the property of A AND S FREIGHT LIMITED (in liquidation) under the powers contained in the:

1. Asset Finance Agreement dated 5 December 2017 (“December 2017 Agreement”); and
2. Asset Finance Agreement dated 4 September 2018 (“September 2018 Agreement”); (both incorporating the Bank of New Zealand Business Lending Master Terms), (together, the “Agreements”),

granted by the company in respect of:

1. in relation to the December 2017 Agreement, security interest over a 2017 Iveco Stralis Truck, VIN 6F2SFAS00HDA30041; and
2. in relation to the September 2018 Agreement, security interest over a 2018 Factory Built Jackson Trailer, VIN 6Y935012018049790 and a 2018 Factory Built Jackson Trailer, VIN 6Y935012018049789, (together, “the Collateral”).

I have been appointed receiver and manager in respect of the Collateral.

The business address for the receiver and manager is c/- Rodewald Consulting Limited, Level 1, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.

All receivers are required by law to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
