Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Company Numbers: 8259756 and 5482423

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named companies by FIFO Capital Limited Partnership on 29 July 2024 under the powers contained in a loan deed dated 1 December 2021 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the companies.

The address for the receivers is 59 Apollo Drive, Albany, Auckland.
