Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by the shareholders on the dates and times below:
TULLYCRINE LIMITED at 10.00am.
AUCKLAND CITY TAXIS LIMITED at 12.00pm.
The liquidators fix 1 October 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
