Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies as follows:

CONTINUITY INVESTMENTS LIMITED, by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 7 August 2024 at 4.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

REETEC WINDOWS LIMITED, by the High Court at Auckland on 16 August 2024 at 10.50am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

TRUCK PRO LOGISTICS LIMITED, by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 14 August 2024 at 1.27pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 4 October 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
