WTK CONTRACTING LIMITED and RACECOURSE FIREWOOD LIMITED (both in liquidation)
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that on 15 August 2024 at 9.00pm WTK CONTRACTING LIMITED was placed in liquidation by shareholder resolution and on 15 August 2024 at 8.58pm RACECOURSE FIREWOOD LIMITED was placed in liquidation by shareholder resolution.
Trevor Edwin Laing (IP32) and Emma Margaret Laing (IP103), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Laing Insolvency Specialists Limited, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of both companies.
Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by 20 September 2024. Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any company property must provide details to the liquidators urgently.
