Notice of Appointment of Administrators

Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp give notice that we were appointed administrators by a resolution of the company directors on 26 June 2024 pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice is also given that, pursuant to section 239AN and Schedule 5 of the Act, a first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at:

• Tompkins Wake Lawyers, Level 17 Lumley Centre, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland
• On Tuesday, 9 July at 12:30pm.

A zoom link will be provided to interested creditors.

The purpose of the meeting is to determine:

• Whether to appoint a creditors’ committee, and if so, to appoint its members; and
• Whether to replace the administrators
