Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, Rotorua District Council, acting under delegation from the Minister of Conservation, and pursuant to a resolution dated 10 May 2023, gives notice that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby changed to Local Purpose (Road) Reserve.
