Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Porirua City Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at a meeting of Te Puna Kōrero on 20 April 2023 hereby classifies the reserve land described in the Schedule as Local Purpose (Community Centre) Reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
