Classification of Reserve and Vesting in Dunedin City Council

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Coastal Otago, Department of Conservation, classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as recreation reserve and vests the reserve in the Dunedin City Council for that purpose.
