Under the Reserves Act 1977 the Operations Manager Geraldine/Raukapuka District, Department of Conservation, hereby appoints the South Canterbury Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule, and changes the purpose of the reserve from a local purpose (site for a plunket clinic) reserve to a local purpose (kindergarten) reserve.
