Take notice that Radha Mani Swamy has made an application (“Application”) to have Gurchetan Singh and Shivender Pal Singh removed as trustees of the Shiv Bhagirath Family Trust (“Trust”) and to have her and Parampal Singh appointed as trustees of the Trust, under proceeding CIV-2016-404-3158.

The Application will be determined in the Auckland High Court on 2 December 2021 at 10.00am.
