Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Nelson City Council hereby declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be a local purpose (outdoor leisure, camping, conservation and education) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
