Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, the Opotiki District Council resolved on 19 December 2017 that, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Opotiki District Council changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule from local purpose (community buildings) reserve to local purpose (community buildings and emergency services) reserve subject to the provisions of the Act.
