Pursuant to section 38(3) of the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, the Minister acting on behalf of the Minister supporting Greater Christchurch Regeneration gives the following notice:

The Cranford Regeneration Plan developed by the Christchurch City Council has been approved under section 38(1) of the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016.

The Cranford Regeneration Plan comes into effect on 31 August 2017.

The Cranford Regeneration Plan can be viewed on the Christchurch City Council website at ccc.govt.nz/the-council/plans-strategies-policies-and-bylaws/plans.

From 31 August 2017 reference copies will be available at Civic Offices, 53 Hereford Street, and at Papanui Library, 53 Langdons Road, and Redwood Library, 339 Main Road, Christchurch.
