I give notice of a change to the name and the purpose of the Lottery Marae Heritage and Facilities Committee (“Committee”) under section 280(5) of the Gambling Act 2003.

The Committee will be known as the Oranga Marae Committee. Its purpose will be to contribute to the physical and cultural revitalisation of marae as centres of Māori identity and mātauranga.

The changes do not affect the continuity of the Committee or the terms of appointment of Committee Members.
